Sayanantan Nandy

Sayantan is currently working with Delhivery in the capacity of an HR Director | Chief of Staff to the CHRO. He has over 10 years of professional experience with a blend of start-ups, management consulting and industry. He was previously associated with the Global Business Services Advisory practice of KPMG as an Engagement Manager. He holds a postgraduate degree in management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and is a Computer Science Engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

He has previously worked at Escorts Mahle Ltd. (Federal Moghul), Dynamatic Technologies Ltd., Shell Renewables (Environ Energy), Centum Electronics Ltd. Dinesh is also the present Chairman of National Institute of Personnel Management Karnataka Chapter (2023-25).

Vikram Jain

With over 25 years of consulting experience, Vikram has led several projects in understanding the needs of low-income urban customers and in identifying market-based opportunities to improve their lives. He is currently leading FSG’s Program to Improve Private Early Education (PIPE) which, aims to replace rote with activity based learning in all 300,000 affordable private schools in India and FSG’s Growing Livelihood Opportunities for Women (GLOW) program which, aims to sustainably place, 1m+ women from households with low-income in jobs by shifting companies’ mindsets and practices.

Anitha is Head HR for Larsen and Toubro – Edutech, and comes with two decades of rich HR experience. Prior to L&T, she was Head of HR for Mobility solutions, Head of DEI and Employee Experience at Bosch Global software technologies. She has previously worked at Hansen Drives (ZF ), Pricol Limited, Geedee Weiler and Precot Mills Ltd and has gained robust skillsets that includes employee relations, employee engagement, industrial relations.

Atul Mohan

Atul Mohan has over 19 years of experience across various domains of human resource with expertise in setting up and scaling of HR in an organization. Currently working as Director Corporate – APAC for CGI, Atul has worked in diverse work environment varying from steel, IT, Pharma to startups. He has worked with companies like Tata Steel, Infosys, Tesco and Syngene in his previous stints. He has also been early member of two startup success stories like Flipkart and BlueStone and played an important role in their growth.

Rosa Abraham

Rosa Abraham is an economist at the Centre for Sustainable Employment at Azim Premji University. She is interested in issues relating to India’s labour market. Her research focuses on informal work and women’s employment with particular interest in issues at the intersection of labour statistics and women’s work. At CSE, she has been involved in the State of Working India reports and in the two primary surveys – India Working Survey and Covid-19 Livelihoods Survey, conducted by the Centre. Her most recent work looks at the impact of major life events – marriage and childbirth – on women’s employment.

Guru is the Executive Director and Group CEO of the company. A founding member, Guru was the fourth employee of the company.
